1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Skala Dohodov ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of our web portal, analytical software, algorithm-driven calculation modules, and digital trading intelligence interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or interacting with any portion of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply unconditionally with these Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree to every clause herein, you must immediately terminate use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance

The Platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or who have attained the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence. By utilizing the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You hold the legal capacity and authority to enter into these binding Terms;
  • You are not located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any country subject to international sanctions, trade embargoes, or high-risk financial lists;
  • Your engagement with cryptocurrency analytical tools adheres to the legal requirements and financial market regulations applicable to your resident territory, including United Kingdom financial regulations where relevant;
  • You will not employ our technology for money laundering, terrorist financing, illicit commerce, or circumvention of currency controls.

3. Nature of Platform & Non-Advisory Status

Skala Dohodov provides algorithmic software interfaces, synthetic market intelligence, volatility index indicators, and automated mathematical modeling designed to help users structure market observations. You explicitly recognize and accept that:

  • No Financial Advice: Skala Dohodov does not provide investment advice, asset management, discretionary portfolio steering, financial planning, or tax advisory services. All outputs, simulation tools, and metrics are informational and mathematical representations only.
  • Execution Autonomy: Any deployment of orders, strategy selection, or capital allocation remains your sole and unconditioned responsibility. We are not a regulated bank, investment fund, or credit institution.
  • Simulation Disclaimers: Any calculators, prospective scenarios, or historic performance metrics shown across the Platform reflect past mathematical backtests and do not guarantee future performance.

4. User Accounts and Security Obligations

To access select algorithmic configurations, users may be required to register a profile or connect through verified partner endpoints. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, multi-factor authentication tokens, and API credentials.

Skala Dohodov shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized trading actions resulting from compromised client credentials or user-side negligence. You must immediately notify our technical support team upon suspecting any breach of security.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials presented on the Platform, including algorithmic logic designs, user interface code, visual styles, trademarks, documentation, and graphic assets, belong exclusively to Skala Dohodov or our licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access our platform for personal analytical use. You shall not decompile, reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or commercially exploit any platform components without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Brokers and External Integrations

The Platform may reference, connect to, or interface with independent third-party execution venues, liquidity providers, and brokerages. Skala Dohodov exercises no direct operational control over third-party platforms. We do not hold client trading capital, execute retail custody, or handle clearing operations. You enter relationships with external brokerages strictly at your own discretion and subject to their independent commercial terms.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws of England and Wales, Skala Dohodov, its directors, developers, and partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from platform downtime, algorithmic miscalculation, latency, market slippage, loss of digital asset value, or third-party execution failure.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skala Dohodov against all claims, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising from your misuse of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Platform for any conduct violating these Terms, threatening operational stability, or infringing statutory regulations.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-contractual disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (England and Wales). The competent courts of England shall possess jurisdiction over any formal litigation arising hereunder.
